My need for medicare comes up early next year and I received a mailing from Mark's agency and called this morning and I want everyone to know about my experience with Mark. First and foremost he a real person who obviously cares abundantly about his clients. He has a dedicated staff to answer all questions and address all issues before , during and after the initial sign up for insurance and lastly he stands behind everything he says and does. How do I know all this when I havent yet signed up for insurance with his agency? We spent better than 2 hours total talking and you get a sense of a person over that length of a conversation. I believe everyone here on Staten Island especially would be hard pressed to find a better agent for their Medicare needs. It was impossible for my husband to get anything done with Medicaid and Medicare. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid did their best to frustrate me. They made me give up. Thank God Mark Turner , he never gave up on my husband . Not only is our health care paid for but we also received a large refund . I highly recommend Mark Turner Insurance .
